What’s Your Favorite Way to Pack?

No, I’m not talking about going on vacation.

We get lots of questions about packing (wearing a dildo & harness or a soft pack inside your pants for that tell-tale bulge). Mostly, we hear from transgender guys and dykes, but those aren’t the only folks who ask us about it. And while the GV Soft Pack is a popular choice, some people like a DIY approach.

There are lots of sites that have packing suggestions and ideas, but it’s not easy to decide which tips work best without having to do a lot of exeperimenting. Plus, people keep coming up with new ways to do it, and new products become available, so online info sometimes goes out of date. That’s where (I hope) you’ll come in.

If you pack, or if you’ve ever dated or known someone who packs, and you’d like to share your techniques, I’d love to hear from you. Did you make your own packer? How’d you do it? If you switch from a packer to a dildo you can play with, do you have any tricks to share? Best ways to do it without losing the momentum? Anything else that you wish you’d known before your first time?

I’ll take the most helpful ideas and turn them into a how-to page on our site. You can comment to this post or email me directly at charlieg@goodvibes.com. If you have a link to an especially helpful how-to site or blog, that would be great. We’ll also randomly pick one contributor to receive a copy of Billy Castro Does the Mission, the super-sexy story of one transman’s adventures through the hot and steamy streets of San Francisco. What better way could there be to help others AND help yourself? πŸ˜‰
