KinkForAllSF is Coming!

One of the amazing things about sex is how much there is to learn about it, and how many people have discovered fun, entertaining, and fascinating ways to enjoy sex. There are lots of ways to explore something new, including how-to websites, books, and movies. But sometimes, it can be fun to sit down with someone and simply trade ideas.

You might have done that at a party or with some friends, but KinkForAll takes it to a whole new level! KFA is an unconference taking place on June 16. What that means is that anyone can talk about anything- there’s no set agenda or plan. Instead, there’s a signup list on the wall and when you arrive, you can write down the topic of your 20 minute talk. Anyone who wants to hear what you have to say can join in. The presentations are limited to such a short time because it gets people talking with each other- if folks want to hear more, they’ll come chat you up. Plus, it keeps things moving and makes it easier for anyone who’s not an “official” speaker to give it a try.

KFA is also a participatory event. The goal is for everyone who comes to join in, whether by giving a talk or a presentation, helping with one, or otherwise contribute in some way to support the event. So whether you want to share your favorite sex tips, or help someone else out, there’s something fun for you to do. And when they say “for all,” they really mean it. KFA is open to anyone who wants to come and absolutely nobody is turned away due to race, socioeconomic standing, age, gender identity, or any other characteristic.

Want to know more? Check out the website for everything you’ll need to have an amazing time. You can also follow the event on twitter at @KFASF, following the #KFASF2 hashtag,  subscribing to the mailing list, or joining the KinkForAll Facebook group.

Thanks for this signal boost, Charlie. 🙂 One minor note: the Twitter account for KinkForAll San Francisco is @KFASF, not @KinkForAllSF.
