Ben Wa Advice for Khloe Kardashian: Try a Kegel Ball with String!
It’s come to our attention that Khloe Kardashian has a curiosity for sex toys!
In a recent scene from Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Khloe visits and tries out a pair of ben wa balls.
Perhaps she was inspired like many others by Fifty Shades of Grey. Or maybe just interested in strengthening her pelvic muscles. (While kegel exercises wont make the vagina “tighter” per se, they CAN increase the tone of your muscles, giving you more dexterity to be able to tighten the vaginal walls.)
Khloe was excited to give them a go. However during her initial trial run using the balls, she discovers that she can’t easily remove them. Oh, how we wish she had shopped at Good Vibrations, where our friendly and knowledgeable staff could have aided her with her shopping choice.
The design of ben wa balls — which we call “kegel” balls, pronounced either “key-gull” or “kay-gull” — has come a long way. Available at high quality sex shops like Good Vibrations, these balls come in a range of sizes, materials, and functions.
Modern kegel ball varieties have been designed to ease with retrieving them. Gone are the days of losing them or “fishing” them out. The retrieval cord is something the Kardashians probably wished they’d had. But it’s not too late to get back on the saddle with another pair, and we definitely recommend she try one with strings!
The material is also designed for ease of cleaning, such as several body-safe silicone models, which will also stand the test of time. Most kinds also provide an internal counter weight to get a workout while you go about your everyday routine. And many come in a set with increased weights or shapes, so that you can continue toning as your strength increases.
While you don’t need a toy to benefit from kegel exercise, the balls help by adding resistance, something great for beginners and advanced kegelers. Plus, they’re pleasurable as well as functional. Kegel balls are a great addition to many types of play. Not only can you wear them out while going dancing; you can also incorporate them while having sex — from wearing them during cunnilingus, under a harness, using them vaginally during anal play/spankings, or feeling the rattling as you use a vibrator like the Magic Wand.
And as always, feel free to contact customer service for help choosing a kegel toy — especially if you’re going to try it out for the first time on television. Call us, Khloe! 😉
