How did you find out about the GV Indie Erotic Film Fest?

Through the internet.

Tell us a bit about your film. Whats it about? And what inspired you to create it?

We are interested in all things erotic and cinematographic, and if we think something hasn’t been done before that’s a double bonus.

Seven minutes or less is a pretty tight limit. What are some of the challenges in creating a short erotic film?

Seven minutes is good for a scene rather than a movie, very difficult to create character and audience involvement, has to be more of a sketch.

Whats your background in film or in making erotic films? How does making an erotic film differ from making a non-erotic one?

Films are made by groups of people, what ever those French film buffs say, most of us what in mainstream creative arts. There is no difference in making an erotic film from any another film, except in the way it is treated by the outside world. It is like you have given birth to a child that insists on walking around naked all day.

What do you hope audiences will get from your work?

We hope they will feel amused and frisky.

Who are your performers, and how did you meet them/invite them to participate?

We meet them through friends , adverts, other models, invited them by holding a big wodge of cash and telling them that mothers never look at the internet.

Were there any funny or unexpected moments while filming?

It was strange that the models were on time everyday and how happy they were, but then we remembered they were plastic.

What advice would you give to first-time erotic filmmakers, or filmmakers in general?

Learn plumbing.

How does your film reflect your views on sex? Did you discover anything interesting or surprising in the process of making the film?

I found Cindy a bit of a turn on. That gave me a sleepless night.

What projects are you working on now/next?

“Porn-The Musical” and “Hell” are Cinema Erotiques’ next two movies. We have the songs all written and recorded which was they major task, “We are the Porn Sluts” being a typical ditty.

“Hell” is about a young woman who gives bad sexual advice, and when she is struck by lightning goes straight to Hell to be sexually tortured by her victims. Pretty vanilla torture though, Ahhhh it’s a vibrator !
